New WP8.1 Video Compressor app will finally let you share your opus on WhatsApp

Windows Phone 8.1 has given a lot of power to developers, including free access to the video library.
Developer Eduardo Semprebon has used that new power to create an app which will help users shrink down their 720P or 1080P video to more manageable sizes for easier sharing by apps like Whatsapp, which only has a 10 MB limit.
Video Compressor lets users:

• Change the resolution of your videos with a great encoder, reducing file size to share full length videos.
• Choose quality level
• Check the original and encoded video sizes.
• Switch between Normal and Best mode for quality over encoding speed.
• View progress and Cancel encoding anytime.

It offers resolutions from 180p to 1080p and a choice of codecs.
